Restaurant Review – Di Prato’s

Most of the residents near and around the Columbia area have dined at Di Prato’s.  If you haven’t, shame on you.  It absolutely doesn’t disappoint.  Brunch is my favorite,  but get there early… the line starts outside in front of the door before the they open.  However, there are a few rockers under the large shade trees to sit and sip mimosas while you wait.

James and I were able to get to Di Prato’s for brunch a couple of Sundays ago.  We enjoyed the Charleston-style Eggs Benedict and Banana-Pecan Pancakes, which was enough to feed a family of four.  As always, it was delicious!  The photo doesn’t do it justice.   And just like many times in the past, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service fantastic.

Again, if you haven’t been, it’s a must!!!  Enjoy!!
